📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and deadlines.,Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency and reduce waste.,Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.,Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and streamline supply chain operations.,Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to improve production performance.,Monitor production performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in manufacturing and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics optimization.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.,Proficiency in using production planning software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
