🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare training or education.
• Certification in healthcare training or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., KARS, ISO).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
