• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Salesforce

• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable to prevent discrepancies
• Generate reports on accounts receivable performance and trends
• Assist in the development and implementation of new billing procedures and systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing administration
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Certification in accounts receivable or billing administration (preferred)
