In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, and providing accurate cost reports. You'll work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain valuable insights into the construction industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor project budgets and provide accurate cost reports.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Use software such as Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, and Primavera P6 to manage project data and prepare reports.
• Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and cost plans to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
• Provide support to the senior quantity surveyor in the preparation of contract documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, and Primavera P6.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
