📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the setup and management of ticketing systems using Eventbrite and other relevant software.
• Process and verify ticket purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with event policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with event organizers and vendors to ensure seamless ticketing operations.
• Monitor ticket sales and attendance, providing regular reports to the event team.
• Assist in the distribution of tickets and event materials to attendees.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your ticketing skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall success of our events by working as a team player.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ticketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ticketing software such as Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing event schedules and requirements.
