📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of SMKs in Pangkal Pinang to ensure they meet national and provincial educational standards.
• Conduct regular visits to SMKs to assess the quality of teaching, learning, and administrative processes.
• Provide guidance and support to SMKs to help them improve and achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement educational strategies that enhance student learning outcomes.
• Ensure that SMKs are equipped with the necessary resources and facilities to support effective teaching and learning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the local community to promote the importance of vocational education.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in vocational education.
• Report on the performance of SMKs to the Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Bangka Belitung and other relevant stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in education, vocational training, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of national and provincial educational standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant educational software.
• A passion for vocational education and a commitment to improving the quality of SMKs in Pangkal Pinang.
• A valid teaching certification or equivalent.
