🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Strong understanding of financial services and credit products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in credit analysis or a related field is a plus.
