📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Supervise and train junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Valid food handler's permit and other relevant certifications.
