In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, product knowledge, and strategic sales techniques. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and social media.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.,Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products/services.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the target market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Must be fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
