📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage these connections to find the best candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
