Village Sun Pratama is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. We are a growing company in Madiun and we are looking for someone who is passionate about procurement and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source the best quality products at the most competitive prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we are always getting the best value for money.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights into our spending and identify areas for cost savings.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
