📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
• Use travel management software such as Travelport GDS, Amadeus, and Sabre to handle bookings and itineraries.
• Assist clients with travel documents, visas, and other pre-departure requirements.
• Monitor and manage travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements and client communications.
• Stay updated with the latest travel industry trends and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel logistics or a related role.
• Proficient in using travel management software such as Travelport GDS, Amadeus, and Sabre.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with travel regulations and industry standards.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
