📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor cash handling and ensure accuracy and security.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for cashier staff.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of cashier supplies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or retail management roles.,Proven track record of managing cashier staff and ensuring operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of accounting principles and financial records.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Ability to use basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.
