📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update job descriptions and postings on various job boards.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.
