📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff
• Participate in inventory management and cost control
• Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Valid food handler's certificate
