📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
