📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas.
• Ensure safe and efficient material handling practices are followed at all times.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any issues or damages to forklifts or materials to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in organizing and storing materials to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or production environment.
• Valid Forklift Operator certification (e.g., OSHA, SHELL, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to travel within the warehouse and production areas as needed.
