📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and implementation.,Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
