🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems and business software is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.
