📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making
• Establish and maintain financial controls, internal policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and best practices
• Lead financial risk management and internal audit functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CFO or equivalent
• Proven track record of building financial systems from the ground up
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends and financial implications
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
