Top Faith Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Case Consultant to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As a Case Consultant, you will be at the forefront of connecting compassionate live-in caregivers with families and individuals seeking personalized care solutions. In this role, you will daily engage with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and work closely with our team of caregivers to ensure the best possible match. You will also be responsible for coordinating care schedules, managing client inquiries, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assess and understand client needs and preferences to ensure the best caregiver match.
- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to meet client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and communication between clients and caregivers.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live-in caregiving.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or caregiving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid certification in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
