PT Elang Gading is seeking a dedicated Captain to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our crew, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent service to our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the crew, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Planning and executing vessel operations, including navigation, docking, and undocking.
  • Monitoring weather conditions and making decisions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and maritime laws.
  • Maintaining and inspecting the vessel, including its engines, equipment, and safety features.
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Communicating with other vessels, maritime authorities, and shore-based personnel.
  • Participating in crew training and development programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Captain's license and other relevant maritime certifications.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the crew.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Knowledge of local maritime regulations and procedures in Bali.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
