Star Max Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their events. You will work closely with our event planners and catering staff to deliver exceptional service and create beautiful event spaces.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in setting up and decorating event spaces according to the event theme and requirements.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Coordinate with catering staff to ensure food and beverage services are delivered on time and meet the guests' expectations.,Assist in cleaning and organizing event spaces after the event.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restrooms and common areas.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Participate in team meetings and follow the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or event staffing is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and setup is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
