As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment.,Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about the event.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.,Assist in the serving of food and beverages during the event.,Collaborate with the event coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.,Clean and reset banquet areas after the event, ensuring they are ready for the next use.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or training are a plus.
