In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and supporting sales activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns.,Support sales activities such as product demonstrations, data entry, and market research.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales campaigns and events.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales meetings and events.,Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in the technology or gadget industry is a plus.
