In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated, and utilized efficiently to support our construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operations.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles to identify and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff on vehicle operations and safety procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to vehicle operations.,Familiarity with construction equipment and operations.
