KMWE is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior ESH Executive to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our manufacturing operations are safe, sustainable, and compliant with all relevant regulations. You will be responsible for implementing and managing our ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) programs, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability across the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the ESH team, ensuring the effective implementation of ESH policies, procedures, and programs.,Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety and environmental risks.,Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize the environmental impact of our operations.,Monitor and report on ESH performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of ESH considerations into all aspects of our business operations.,Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Provide training and support to employees on ESH-related topics, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ESH performance and drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in ESH management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ESH programs in manufacturing or industrial settings.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in ESH.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
