📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and distributions,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
