As an M&E Engineer / Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems of residential and commercial projects. You'll work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of M&E systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed project plans, specifications, and reports.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in M&E engineering.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely and efficiently, with minimal disruption to the surrounding community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E engineering or project management in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
