📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and provide tailored development solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques for measuring learning outcomes.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
