In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and develop the performance of the sales team.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Monitor and report on sales performance and operational metrics.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
