In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR Manager in employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and training sessions.,Provide general support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
