📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
