📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciling accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and provide financial reports to management.
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable transactions to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the accounts payable process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
